3b(iii) supervision, prompting or assistance to be able to monitor a health condition. 1 point.

3c. Needs supervision, prompting or assistance to be able to manage therapy that takes no more
than 3.5 hours a week. 2 points.

Rheumatoid Arthritis including achilles tendon issues, strength, range of mobility, pain
Osteo-Arthritis (knees)
Under-Active Thyroid
Stage 3 Kidney disease
Sciatica
No knee reflex - undiagnosed nervous system issues
High Blood pressure
Asthma 1
Hearing loss (inner ear blockages - alleged untreatable)
Feet - podiatry/orthopeadic insoles

Some of these conditions have sheduled appointments and reviews

Can I claim points for prompting (scheduled appointments/reminders/reviews/blood tests) to monitor a condition or manage a therapy - there is no supervision element.

I am reading through the 142 page guide (thank you), but am unsure on this bit.

I'm afraid not, any treatment must be done in the home.
