Hi All

I received my assessors report in the post today , they have marked 12points for mobility and 14 for daily living. My question is how long does it take after the dwp receive the report do the dwp make there decission please? i know times are different in different areas i just didnt know if there was a rough time scale?

Also i have read so many horro stories with the decission makers , are they likely to follow the assessors recomendations or can they go against them?

Best guess is 8 weeks for a Decision with a variance of anything up to 4 weeks.

It would be unusual for the assessor not to follow the assessor's recommendation.
