Hi,

I’ve received a text message saying a decision has been made and I will hear re letter within 2 weeks. Does anyone know how soon the money is stopped following their decision please? I’ve phoned and my next payment is still going to be awarded?

A Decision applies from the date that it is made unless another Effective Date is chosen.

Benefits are paid in arrears so there is usually one payment to still be made.
