Income-related ESA, or Contribution-based - How do I know which I'm getting?

Thank you Gordon. Much appreciated.

So presumably if I AM entitled to the Social Tariff (I would have to switch supplier as the Co-op don't appear to do a social tariff. I'll try BT as Vodaphone don't supply my postcode, so they say) I should also be entitled to the £150 Disability Cost of Living payments? I DID get the higher amount, but I have never received the £150 payments.

Or have I got this wrong?

I would ask whether they do a reduced tariff, If you need to switch then check your contract with the Co-Op as there may be a cancellation fee.

The £150 payment is based on your receiving a disability benefit such as PIP, DLA, or AA.
