Downloadable guides. was created by Sammianne
I have been a member of b&w for some time, however I am unable to view the downloaded guide of which I really need to look at for what will eventually be a review assesment (IAS themselves sent me a txt to say they were 'managing' pip claim not to do anything blah blah the way they phrase that txt) however that was 10 weeks ago and I've heard nothing since, and I also know that even up to today's date they have not contacted any of the names I gave they could contact like my GP, CPN, or occupational therapist.

But as to the problem I am currently having, I downloaded the guide you have as wanted more detail about the assesment (despite having had them before for info, help and reminders as my memory is horrendous), but despite downloading ok, when trying to open, my phone states cannot open as PDF format incorrect.
I've tried 3 times, and that's despite I run MS word fine on my phone plus have pdf viewers.

I'm pretty much stuck now in getting these guides despite being a member.

I don't own a computer/laptop/tablet, I just have this mobile.

I have no idea why this is happening, my mobile has no problems downloading and opening files, letters, pdfs that I've downloaded. This is the first time I've ever had a problem with downloading and viewing a pdf.

Do you have any idea how I can get the guides? I have noone who could download them for me on another device.

Look forward to your advice, you must have come across this before.

Is it possible you could email them to me as an attachment and see if it would work that way instead of via the sites link?

I'm afraid the Mods are not in a position to offer technical support for the site, I've done some basic testing and successfully downloaded the PIP Claim with MS Edge on my Android 12 phone and the PDF opened without problem.

All I can suggest is that you contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Thank you Gordon.

It's exactly the help I needed tech support wise, but couldn't find an email, and here you are just as I'd logged in again coincidentally :)
Appreciate the email, hopefully they will figure what's causing the problem for me specifically and help me find a fix for it.
