As DWP PIP due to the court decision on the technicalities of 'prompting' to engage, and that they were trawling through claims either current or refused before the court ruling - has that now ended, or is it still ongoing?
If it's done and finished then there's my answer, but...
If still ongoing, due to their backlog over new claims and especially reviews, has that trawl been suspended until they have time to deal with does anyone know?, or as and when reviews are coming up, are the reviews also being checked re that ruling at the same time?
