Hi can you help,i got tribunal on 22nd june and was wondering is it a good idea to send submission reports for the courts to read before that date or would it be of no help to me

Welcome to the forum.
You might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum
It is always a good idea to send the Tribunal a submission before the hearing date, when I do a submission I put down what the assessor has awarded then I write down what I believe should be awarded and WHY, the why part is the important part especially if you can tie it in with any supporting documents.
