Just to say a huge thank you for the great advice re my 55 year old brothers PIP review
As expected when I phoned for a copy of the report they had taken both elements away like last time when tribunal took over 2 yrs.
I gathered all the evidence and went through the report highlighting what was incorrect and why and backed it up with evidence.Took me 5 days in total as I am Reg Disabled myself.I also requested that he should be awarded high care(previously low care/low mobility).He has early onset Alzheimer’s,previous traumatic brain injury and several strokes.
Mandatory reconsideration came back with High Care/Low Mobility and back pay,awarded for 3 years,a great result
