Hi all i submitted my pip review forms in April since then ive had an accident were
i broke my back fractured my skull and broke my toes on my left foot should i inform them to add to my review dont know what to do any help would be great Thanks
You have to have a condition for 3 months, so having an accident in May would fail the first test, the condition has to be ongoing for 9 months, would your accident have healed within the next 9 months.
If the answer is yes the outcome of your accident will be ongoing then you may want to apply for a change of circumstances, but you need to be certain that reporting a change of circumstances will increase your prospect in being awarded PIP.
