Not received PIP review form and can't get through was created by Daffyduck
Hello, I had a text 10 days ago saying my PIP award was being reviewed and I would be sent a form but nothing has arrived. I can't get through on the PIP enquiry line and wondered if there is a version online I can download, or should I send a letter requesting the review form? Thanks.

Hi Daffyduck
I read a post earlier today on the forum from another member who stated it took 16 days from when they received a text message to actually receiving the form.
They contacted DWP and received an extension, the best time to phone DWP is first thing in the morning when the queues are much less. We do hear from members who get cut off after an hour waiting, so have to start again but be persistent, whilst waiting for the call to be answered do another chore(s).

Thank you Gary, my form arrived today, so that is ten days from my text which said the form was being sent, thank you for your help and for your advice about calling too.
