I had my tribunal hearing and it was grueling, the whole thing exhausted me and I have a feeling nothing will have changed.

Would a failure at the tribunal stage have any knock on effects for getting LCW/LCWRA at a later date? I'm just wondering if it'd work against me in the future.

Hi PaleGreenGhost

Failure at a PIP Tribunal should not have a knock on effect for getting LCW/LCWRA as they have different descriptors although a few do overlap.

In the future WCA will be obsolete and LCW/LCWRA will be dependant upon getting PIP.
