Uc mistake was created by copshaw
Decided to cancel my Uc as I’m sure I made a mistake in my original application and have a fear of it being checked this has only came to light recently and I’ve been on it 3 years ,once I come off it when can you reapply at a later date

Hi copshaw,

You can make a new UC claim which requires less information called a Rapid Reclaim any time during the 6 months after ending your last claim. After 6 months it will be a full claim.
