in esa support group just got migration letter

state of panic already set in. just recived my esa support group to uc letter. i am under the cmht who said they will help fill it in but arent up to date on benefits. i have no decent id, no passport or driving licence, no photo id. i have mutism and will be unable to speak to them so dont know what to do. can anyone send me any advice on migration and what will they need to know. im already struggling with severe mental health. thanks

Your UC Migration letter should have the phone number of Citizens Advice Help to Claim. Your CMHT support worker can phone them and they will organise your new UC claim including ID.
