Medical Report UC85a was created by Tink66
Hi, I posted about being awarded LCWRA the other day, today I received the UC85a medical report.

They considered evidence from: Questionnaire. UC113 GP Report, consultant letter, FFR4, copy of prescriptions, hospital correspondence ( x ray, MRI, cat scan reports) a typed letter I sent to my doctor detailing how I am, as I haven't seen him yet and told him the form was coming at some point he filled it out fully and my PIP award which is for 10 yrs.

The report was actually spot on except a little bit at the end.. they gave me a medium term review which I'm a bit unhappy with but as I'm in LCWRA I'm not going to rock the boat.

This is the only bit that was wrong on the report

I had a steroid injection in July but they think it's an ongoing treatment which it isn't ( one off) and I said that I have gone through all the biologic treatments (only 1 left on the NHS for my condition now which I am being considered for in November ) but they put down that I have just started the biologics and I should be tickerty boo ( I wont as its a long term chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease) as well as severe fibromyalgia.

So all in all I don't think it's too bad,

Thank you all for your help.
