Big company that takes gov contracts, esp for the new folks who will need help via interpreters, benefits and to access social housing and the NHS. It's got a big "footprint" in many areas, wise to do a Google search for all the services they offer before they interview you by phone or in person. This is so you are familiar with the company, are more prepared. As the guides and experience in the forum may tell you - the healthcare professional (HCP) you'll deal with is unlikely to be a doctor - could be a nurse or ex ambulance staff. So see what their policy states. Good luck.

Thank you KABTT for this extensive information about Serce, their services and specialties. I do not want to prepare myself, except for pen and paper, for my health assessment. My question was whether anyone has been assessed by this company and whether the report agrees with the patient's statement. I had never heard of this company before until I checked who my potential assessor might be. Unfortunately, I came across negative reviews mentioning that the report does not agree with the claimant's statement. Is it always worth asking for such a health assessment to be recorded? Do I have to report it every time so that it is recorded and such ambiguities are avoided? Thank you
