Need pdf copies of PIP statements but cannot find them

Hello,
I'm applying for a personal loan. The bank wants to see copies of award/statements that detail my PIP income for three months. I can't find them! I never realised that they would not be available over the Government Gateway, somewhere.

I'm currently on hold to the PIP helpline (and losing the will to live).

Can anyone suggest a way to get documentary evidence in digital form of this income? It needs to be digital because time is a factor, now, and because the bank prefers it anyway.

Cheers

Hi Mike

Welcome to the forum.

You might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum.

If DWP fail to send you a copy, you can make a subject access request; www.gov.uk/guidance/request-your-persona...or-work-and-pensions but can take up to 40 days to get the information.

It will be in paper format, just take a picture of the information you want then email it to yourself.
