Hello - please can some advise - is it possible to be moved from IR ESA to CB ESA? When and why could this happen. And if someone stays on CB ESA after 365 days due to being in the support group, does that mean they do not get the passported benefits they would be eligible for if they were on IR ESA? Thanks

No that is not possible. - And if someone stays on CB ESA after 365 days due to being in the support group, does that mean they do not get the passported benefits they would be eligible for if they were on IR ESA? No they don't get the passported Benefits as Income Based ESA is a Means Tested Benefit and CB ESA is not.
