Request of change of circumstances was created by fibromombear
I have just requested a change of circumstances due to my fibromyalgia and other health conditions, (ADHD, Dyslexia, Raynuds, Lumbar Radioculopathy and Anxiety and Depression) getting much worse during pregnancy and after giving birth.
Will I be asked to make another telephone appointment? This is a stressful moment for me as I am also a single mom and don't have anyone to look after LO, so even preparing to complete the for I started days ago, using the guides, I am struggling to sleep due to the anxiety and I feel like a never-ending flare up on my symptoms.
I am also in receipt of LCWRA and New Style ESA support group due to the decline in health, what are the chances of being awarded higher on either?
Any kind advice or words of encouragement are welcome. So worried they would my standard living away after hearing so many horror stories or having to take it to court.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi fibromombear
I'm sorry that your health has deteriorated. Normally, when people apply for a change of circumstances, they are sent out a review form to fill in. When the form is complete, the DWP will decide what sort of assessment is needed - paper-based, telephone or video or face-to-face. Telephone is the most common.
I'm not entirely clear - which benefit you have requested a change of circumstances for. If you're already in receipt of LCWRA and New Style ESA - I would have thought you are already receiving the maximum - but Gary will correct me if I'm wrong.
If you are talking about PIP - then I would not expect them just to take away what you are currently awarded especially as your condition has deteriorated.
