UC asking me about work search before ID interview HELP

Thank You for the help, it's hugely appreciated.

The work coach continued to be awkward. We went for the ID interview where she had told us to have only Id in bills etc from the past 3 months. we had none but took council tax form and birth cert and water bill. he was told to come back on 18th November even though we had done as you said and emailed the district manager etc. However 1 hr later a man rang to say he didn't have to go back or do anything else , when asked why he said it had been done incorrectly. So the advice to write to both work coach and district manager paid off in the end. I think that without the complaint the work coach would never have backed down or had the case looked at by someone else. So Many Thanks for all of tour advice. Sorry it's taken so long to reply but that's another story.
