Reward letter received after paper assessment

After all my concerns with my review taking 11 months and then missing phone calls from DWP I got my award letter in the post today, continuing my standard living and enhanced mobility which is what I have had since 2018. This was the first paper review and I did send a lot of evidence and treated the review form as if it was a new claim. . My award is for 4 years so 3 years until I go through all this again
For anyone reading this I used all the advice in the PIP section oy the benefits and work website, and between getting my text to say my review had started to receiving the actual form (just before Xmas last year!) I completed a weeks worth of diary pages using the template.
The only comment I can make is that it looks like they have just copied and pasted from the 2024 award and whilst it makes no difference, despite constantly needing help remembering to take my medication and having exercises that I have to be supervised doing, I still scored nil in that section!
Thank you for all your help

Hi Kevsue19

I'm glad to hear that your award was unchanged, especially after all you have been through this year. Do take care.

Thank you for all the help and wise words. I am so glad they have taken a sensible approach this time. I will no doubt be back in 3 years….!
