Hello hope you are all well. Just received my award letter and i am in shock to the lies the health assessor mentioned on there and wish i now had the call recorded. She mentioned i said i can use a microwave when i clearly stated i do not on my form and over the phone. She said i can hold my phone therefore i have grip, nowhere on the phone or the form did i mention i do not have a grip and cannot hold my phone or medication so unsure why she mentioned this. Her assessment seems like shes talking about someone other than me. She said i has no difficulty in speaking to her, i muted her many times and was crying where she has to say hello several times as i went silent on the phone i just did not want to make this known to her. She did not allow me to talk on the phone and shes just made a bunch of lies up. She said i can take my medication out the packet but i never said i cant my point was i forget to take them and have to have an alarm and my sisters need to remind me to eat and take medication but if my phone is not around i do not hear it so it means i forget to take them. There are other things that she bas mentioned that make no sense. I am still waiting for the report to come through. Do i wait till i say i want a mandatary reconsideration and have to have why i disagree with their decision when i write back to them or do i just notify them first and then i would be required to say why i disagree. Thank you
