Hi there , at the risk of sounding stupid can anyone help me please? I have just purchased the above guides but don't know how to access them-I have a pip review form to complete and really need to read the guides etc but don't know how to access them-can anyone help me please?

Hi JAX,
If I remember correctly, you go into training, select the course you're wanting, go to single purchase, and if you've already subscribed, then it should take you straight into the module - sometimes if not, then the back office need to be informed, to activate something on your account.

The k yiu hris-Im really looking on how to get help to complete a review form, it's really causing me a lot of anxiety as I need to get it done-I have just done the training on pip form but can't find anything on review forms , eg what to say as my condition has not changed

Hi JAX,
I would use similar wording to what you used the last time if your condition hasn't changed, and you were awarded PIP. In the past, I wrote "nothing changed" and I actually lost my PIP, and ended up having to re-apply, before realising that it had to be treat as a new claim.
