Hi JAX,

If I remember correctly, you go into training, select the course you're wanting, go to single purchase, and if you've already subscribed, then it should take you straight into the module - sometimes if not, then the back office need to be informed, to activate something on your account.

Hi JAX,

I would use similar wording to what you used the last time if your condition hasn't changed, and you were awarded PIP. In the past, I wrote "nothing changed" and I actually lost my PIP, and ended up having to re-apply, before realising that it had to be treat as a new claim.
