PIP Review supporting evidence was created by Fiona
Hi, I sent my pip review form back yesterday with supporting evidence however, I forgot to put my name an national insurance number on all supporting evidence. Today I’ve resent all supporting evidence with my name and national insurance number on every single copy and put a covering letter on explaining. I’ve sent it to the same address I sent my form back to. Will they pick this up? I’m only just out of hospital after spinal surgery and I’m so scared they’ll lose what I’ve sent. I’ve sent it all by special delivery.

Hi Fiona
You've sent the information by special delivery - and that's good because you have evidence that you returned everything. I know you have sent a cover letter to say what has happened, but I would call them on Monday - to also explain so that information gets on your records quickly. Additional information has been known to be separated from the forms - and if that happens in your case where you didn't put names on top of yours, it could be slightly problematic.
I don't want you to worry about it - ring them and keep a note of what you tell them and what the call handler says in reply - just in case. It's just a back-up.

Thankyou, I’ll give them a ring tomorrow. Is it just the normal PIP number?
