Hi could you let me know if the funding given as direct payments for specified EHCP provisions for education, health and social care are taken in to account with UC please. Do they view it as income? THanks

Hi Kaitline399,

It is not mentioned in UC ADM ( link below ) as unearned income so should be disregarded.
