Good afternoon
I was recently awarded the non working group. A big thank you for all the assistance you provided.

I was wondering if now the courts have supported against the DWP changes to the UC50, if the mobility section will still change ? I haven’t actually been awarded ESA for this section.

Can the DWP move people in the support group and place in the working group?
Just an awful concern.

Hi Minxy,

The court challenge to the DWP you mention was reported today in BenefitsandWork news.

No, the DWP can't arbitrarily move someone from the Support Group to the WRAG without the person first going through the WCA procedure.
