Hi! I was just wondering whether the assessment phase of New Style ESA is part of the 1 year you receive the benefit if you are put into the work related activity group. Does the one year start from the beginning of the asssessment phase? From week 14? Or when you receive a decsion? Thank you!

The 1 year starts from the date of the WCA decision.
