Is it normal to have a renewal form sent out nearly 8 months ahead of time even when my daughters has a letter from the judge which her renewal date is in September. The stress this causes is very really for her.
I'm afraid it is common. Renewal forms are typically sent out a year before the end date on the award to make sure there is plenty of time to process it. This is still the case even if a claimant goes to appeal and has an end date from the judge instead of the DWP.
