Thanks David….i am not sure what you meant here. So I have a letter from recent that says I have had esa support group since 2011. No mention of a contribution element, says it is income related. Is that the sort of thing you mean? I feel really worried that in the future they may do something because of this. Does having this as a new claim pose a problem that you know of, for instance are new claims not allowed the substantial risk element of wca? Thanks
Yes keep all written evidence regarding your claim. The DWP haven't made any announcements regarding " substantial risk ". If there are changes it will be reported in the New section of the BenefitsandWork website.
