UC & Widows Pension Question please

Hi. I'm hoping you can advise me on the above two subjects please? My partner and I are getting married on Thursday but, for the foreseeable future, we will not be living together. My partner is on UC and PIP. I am not in receipt of any benefits but I do receive Widowed Parents Allowance. My youngest daughter is at college and will be until May 2026 (she'll be 19 in September 2025). I will let WPA know this coming week and I'm guessing that, as I'm remarrying, my WPA will stop even though we will not be living together? I'd appreciate it if you could confirm that for me as I cannot find anything online about.

Secondly, and more importantly, is my partner and hubs to be is on UC and PIP. He's been on PIP and unable to work since 2022. In 2015 he fell ill with an incurable condition that will only worsen over time. In 2022 he was forced to give up work and rely solely on benefits. In part due to his condition, we have no immediate plans for us to move in together, but we are concerned where our marriage will leave him financially. We understand we do need to notify them of the change. Any clarity on this would be very welcome as he is getting stressed which is not ideal for him.

Thank you
