Hi there

My brother helped me with pip review and in collating everything (even though I checked) we altered planning journeys and moving around at the end of the review form and reprinted those sections. Anyway bruv took it to post it after we had taken copies and i think ive missed these pages off the back. Not sure though. What’s the best thing to do. It’s been posted so it arrives tomorrow at 1. Shall I wait and ring them to find out if im mistaken or just send in the two sections I believe are missing with the amendments? We checked everything else but not that the separate sheets. The forms not due in till 31st so friday.

Hi Chocolady

I can't tell you what to do here - only what I would do in your position - but that doesn't mean I am right. There is no right answer.

If you think you have missed those pages and they have vital information, I would send them off asap. Your form is set to arrive on time, but what you don't know is when it will be processed - therefore, you may not be able to confirm for some time what pages have been scanned and uploaded to the system. If you wait and then send in the pages, you may find they don't get processed before they start the process of your review.

If you send them off and you have sent the same pages twice - it won't matter. But send a clear letter with the missing pages so they know why they are there.

Hi BIS I arranged for a complete set of activities to replace the previous set to be sent yesterday tracked and signed for. They arrived today. With The previous incomplete set I got a DWP confirmation text but Ive had nothing with this set. I attempted to phone dwp to just let them know (even though Ive included a covering letter explaining the omission from the previous set and that this set was a replacement). I phoned at 3pm as Im not great in the morning but the phone just kept being put down every time i picked the options. Do you think it’s worth ringing dwp seeing as ive tracked the replacement set with a covering letter, or should I just let sleeping dogs lie. As I say the whole form wasnt due in until Friday and I know from tracking they now have both the original full set of forms and the replacement set of separate activity sheets as I have proof?

Hi Chocolady

Do whatever makes you most comfortable. If you're happy to leave it - because both copies are there - then do so. But if it is going to worry you then you need to keep trying to get through. The most important thing now is your mental health.
