Decision maker call

Hello, It has been many weeks since I had the WCA. I Never heard anything back, Now I have got a message to say, they will be calling me shortly. When I did the assessment, they told me that it gets sent over to the decision maker, so do you know why the decision maker is going to call me, if they already received the information?

With the WCA, not sure how it went, a couple of times where they asked me hypothetical questions, I gave my answer, and they kept trying to extend the hypothetical question, 4 or 5 Times, also Kept me on the phone for a couple of hours...
