hello could you tell me the time scale from the point that I apply for UC online to the time that I am likely to get an interview.
For example, if I apply online on 1st April when would I be contacted for an interview? approximately of course.
Also, when exactly do I need to send my ID to them, can I send my ID by post or email, or do I need to go to my local jobcentre in person?
any info would be appreciated.
