Hi, My pip mobility claim outcome which I received in October 2024 gave me 4 points and I disagreed and requested a mandatory reconsideration which in February 2025 was granted at the higher rate, but because of there previous decision meant I have missed out on the £750 allowance which had a deadline of 3 January 2025. Can I claim the £750 allowance and what do I need to do?
I'm sorry - I can't tell you. You will need to raise this with the DWP and argue as you have done here that you missed out and see what they have in place for claimants in your position.
