PIP Award

I have had a text saying MC a decision will be made by the 03/06/25. I was wondering now the month is up can I add to more evidence to my MC, or how would I ask to add more evidence to the MC.

Hi BIS, I phoned PIP today and they send it in and he will mark it on the system I am sending more evidence. The person was very helpful. I explained everything and pulled up what I have sent in. When you get a pip review that don't tell was you told us before because we already have it and don't send us information you sent before. I will put in the evidence that what I sent with my original claim was not looked at. The boxes on the review form are so small it is impossible to put everything you need to say. All done by design, I will send a new letter and detail everything.

It is of course no accident that the boxes have been made smaller and smaller.
Don't anyone fall for this dastardly attempt at a trick. Just put everything you want to say on separate sheets with name and NI No heading every one, plus "Doc. No. x"
In the silly little box just write "See Doc x"
Treasury tag the whole lot together. This has worked for all our daughter's and my own claim.
If you don't own treasury tags. or a hole punch, try asking on freecycle or freegle. A lovely person gave me a stock of tags

I have now sent another letter into PIP for the mandatory reconsideration stating that I called the helpline and they allowed me to add more evidence. I also put in an up to date repeat prescription. I explained how the pain affects my walking and because of my Parkinsons I walk at half the speed or less than able bodied people, also that I can walk 10 to 15 meters then I need to rest, and if I get the muscle spasms in my hips that I can't stand because of the pain and need to sit down for a minimum of 10 minutes. And incase they look at the full award I pointed out the review said don't tell us about things you already told us about because we already have that information. That was not taken into account. More details about falls. I also told them on very bad days I can't leave the house which I can't because of pain. Now it is a long wait
They said it will be looked at by June.
