I am completely lost, I get the enhanced rate for PIp But on my Employment and Support Allowance Dated 13 April 2024 Support group £47.70, living expense £90.50. It state total income £138.20 no income will be taken of ESA. Your income related amount is £138.20 How ever because your entitled to contributions-based ESA, we will pay you £138.20 Am I going to have to migrate to UC

Hi John

You don't have to claim UC if you don't want to. But do you get any Legacy Benefits such as Income Support, Income Based ESA, Housing Benefit?
