It is likely that I am going to have to make my ESA to UC migration claim via the telephone.
Does anyone have an exact list of all the questions that will be asked and whether they are yes / no tick box answers or more in depth response needed?
I have searched online and the guides in this forum and have a general overview but really wanted to see the full list of questions like you could when you received a paper form.
I struggle with telephone calls at the best of times and even more so when I can’t plan ahead and have enough thinking time of what I need to say / do. I don’t want to make a mistake or have a meltdown during the call.
