CB ESA Support Group - UC Migration? was created by Phoebe
Hi, I’ve been under the impression that people on CB ESA in the Support Group would not be migrated to UC. Is this still correct? Someone recently told me that I will be moved onto UC eventually, which I haven’t been preparing myself for. Can anyone confirm? Thanks.

Hi Phoebe
You will be migrated if you receive any of the Legacy Benefits such as Housing Benefit but not if you only receive Contributions Based ESA.

Has this changed, do you know? I can’t find any information about legacy CB ESA Support Group in Labour’s proposals.
