hello everyone, my pip review form landed today and i noticed its quite different from the last time i filled one in 2021. there's no mention about changes in your ability in daily living activities since my last review form, I've checked on the benefits and work website and the examples are for the old form questions.
I've plenty of new evidence from speciallist including uptodate scans but i really struggle when filling in forms to word things and put my condition and symptoms into words on paper.
would i be wrong in using my old 2021 as an example to help me with the questions as nothing has changed from my old review.
any help would be much appreciated thanks chris

Hi U10100

If you look at the Guide to PIP Claims and Reviews, it was updated in March 2025, and under the review section, it covers the updated form. (Page 130 onwards)

It's always useful to look back at previous forms and use similar information to help you complete the form
