Hi I’m very worried, I sent my review back December 2024, would I be assessed under the old rules, or the new 4 point rule announced?

The new rules have yet to be confirmed, so I would expect you to be judged under the current rules.

I sent a post on this a few hours ago but hasn't been put up yet. Isn't it the case that the new PIP criteria aren't due until 2026/7 for both new and existing claimants? There has been a lot of confusion on this over on the newsletter page
