1. IF SOMEONE HAS BEEN AWARDED PIP FOR EXAMPLE FOR 10 YEARS BUT HAS NOT SCORED PREVIOUSLY 4 POINTS ON ANY OF THE DAILY LIVING COMPONENT ITEMS - CAN DWP CALL FOR A REASSESSMENT BEFORE 10 YEARS ?

Please try not to type in capital letters - it makes it harder to read and feels like you're shouting at us.

The DWP has always been able to review someone's claim at any time, whatever the length of the award.
