My PIP award is standard rate care for ongoing period and the light touch review will be due soon but the problem is I not meet the new rules, so what will happen? Is it going to be a light touch or full reassessment to determine If I am still eligible for PIP?
Also does PIP2 filling carry weight in reassessment in general or what matters is the word of assessor?
We can't tell you exactly what will happen until legislation has been passed in Parliament and whether they will follow through on the proposed cuts if people do not score 4 points in any section. If you have a light touch review due soon, it will be marked under the current guidelines.
What carries weight at review is current condition, evidence and the opinion of the health professional.
