I’m due to move from support group to new ESA I’ve heard of a transitional protection I thought this was automatic but I’ve heard some people haven’t got it when there entitled to it, if so what do you do also is there anywhere I can get an idea of what I will get

Hi Gail

Even though you have not yet been posted a UC Managed Migration letter you can still use the Citizens Advice Help to Claim service. Here is a recommendation from Forum member VIA-
