CAB help to claim was created by Gail

When I have letter for forced migration from ESA I know I can contact CAB I have a speech impediment and find using the telephone difficult can I contact them online I don’t want to do via telephone because I believe if you claim by telephone you can’t change to online which is going to be much easier

Hi Gail

You can contact Citizens Advice Help to Claim by phone and that does not make it a UC phone only claim.
You can contact Help to Claim by webchat ( available 8am to 6pm )
