I'm trying to fill in this new style PIP review form. And so far the why they have separted the questions have been difficult to answer but I think I'm getting there for the most part.
But "Activity 7 - Speaking to people, hearing and understanding what they say and being understood" (fabulously consise title there) is really giving me trouble. Q56 asks "Do you need supporting? For example reminding, encouraging, or explaining by another person" Q57 ask "Do you need help from another person?" I'm struggling to undestand the difference, the obviously is one but I can't find anything in the "guide" they provide or the benifits and work guide.
