esa migration letter in support group

hi ive had my migration letter, i have to migrate by the 24th of june, so going to do it in may. i have a few questions please, im in the support group my anxiety is through the roof and its stressing me out this whole process, ive looked at a dummy run of the uc form. under the work status question , do i put im unemployed but im not im on the sick in the support group all the other answers arent relevant to me so i dont know what i tick. also do i put all the bank accounts i have. theres 3. also in what part of my journal do i tell them im in the support group and tell them about regulation 19 do i do this after ive pressed send to uc or can i do it while filling in the rest of the online form. also i have no photo id, ive only got bank statments debit card and benefit letters. nothing else as i live with parents. i also dont know where my job center is exactly, ive asked and people are telling me its upstairs and stairs i cannot do and theres a lift but you have to get a key off someone. i cannot face going to the jobcenter because of my mental health all this is making it so much worse, but people are telling me i have to go to be verified. i do hope you can help me please. this is spiralling and wont leave me alone. thankyou
