Hi, I have received a number of queries from people who have been informed they don't get back pay for a review, when they have increased from standard to enhanced. But then I have other who did get back pay, can anyone advise if this is worth persuing as the last one only got back pay to her assessment date, when she had waited 15 months. Thank you.
There is no standard practice, and it seems that some decision makers backdate further than others. If the claimant had to wait 15 months, I think it is worth asking why they haven't gone back further.
