potential change of circs was created by micksville
I posted last week re a report from community physio team which misses out some of my diagnosed conditions and also despite my telling them otherwise them opining I could dress independently. I can't. I only noticed this in a report from last autumn which I finally obtained last week thru SAR. As report stands I would likely drop from enhanced DL to Standard DL My Enhanced Mobility wouldn't be affected. I have asked the author of the report to re consider but she's off sick atm. If I get no satisfaction I will ask for a different physio to do a fresh assessment. This will all take time of course.
Given that in reality my circs haven't changed and this is only one, ( in my view incorrect opinion) do I need to report this to PIP as a change of circs? If so, given that my DL might drop to standard from enhanced would my PIP continue to be paid in the meantime?
At very least would my mobility payments remain the same in meantime?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi micksville
You need to chill out, remember that an assessors report is only the opinion of the assessors.
Unless your health condition has improved, in which case you need to report a change for the better, if nothing has improved then do nothing and just wait until you are next re-assessed.

Thanks Gary, I stress that this is a report from a community physiotherapist to whom my GP referred me, after unsuccessful physio from the regular physiotherapists. Not an Atos or capita assessor for DWP. That's why I asked the question, as it isn't something PIP has seen. It flies in the face of what the previous physio stated about me. In actual fact its a lousy report full of errors and evidenced diagnoses from past history not even mentioned. As you touch upon, my condition hasn't improved in reality and this appears to be just one person's view, so I will wait until my next review and see what happens as my condition hasn't changed. Thanks

Hi micksville,
An incorrect report is unfortunately a common occurence as mentioned by thousands of claimants. Can be a good thing to correct everything that's incorrect, and keep this for future reference. One of my PA4s had 27 pages and 11 pages in all was full of information that I had no idea where it had came from.
Chris.

Ditto This report bears no resemblance to what I related to the person nor to my actual issues. Most of it is right but much is not

Chris I wasn't talking about a report from a PIP assessor (PA4)I refer to a physio report that my GP had referred me to... It's nothing to do with PIP but I was hoping to use it to add as evidence when my next review comes up ( not for some years) as I keep all the paperwork from any medical appointment or treatment I have. That's why I was asking Gary. But as he says despite the misleading "evidence" in this physio report my condition hasn't actually improved so I will leave it be and not send it in to PIP
