Need advice if possible

I wonder if anyone can advise me please, I have previously wrote in the forum with regards to receiving my migration to UC, from ESA (WRAG) notice, deadline date for the 1st July, previously to this I had submitted a permitted work form, I have since received a decision from the DWP informing me that I am no longer entitled to ESA and that I have to pay back over £4000!!! And I have went beyond my permitted work which isn’t true, i am so confused and so stressed, it’s not doing my mental health any good!! If anyone can assist me I would be very grateful. Thank you in advance.

I think it may be a good idea to contact Citizens Advice Help to claim and see if they can help you get the ESA issue explained before you migrate. I gather the telephone number should be on your migration notice. Other forum members have used the service and found them very helpful. I plan to use them when I receive the dreaded migration notice too.
