I am a bit confused. I posted my PIP review form at 9am this morning signed for delivery. It was signed for at 11.40am today. I just received a text message at 5.10pm saying, “About your PIP review. The health professional has sent us their report. We will make a decision on your PIP but it may take 6 weeks before you hear from us.” To be fair their office is not far from me but I still think this is incredibly fast. Can the health professional ask me in for a Face to Face assessment or from the text message do you think they have already made a decision.
No, you won't be asked in for a face-to-face assessment. If you haven't had a phone assessment - then they have done a paper-based assessment and you will hear from them.
